Couch 25k - Whatcha Doing Today?
Completed week 5 day 1 yesterday and day 2 today. Remember Monday I got sidetracked in a good way!
Along with the need to exercise, I found the need to weigh a little more often so I will not get 'surprised' . My avoidance of the scale was truly an old habit of thinking I am ok, then getting on the scale once in a blue moon and gasping in disbelief
So moved the scale to my bathroom as i had it conveniently out of sight in my husbands bathroom
I have been weighing at least once a week but with the scale not budging , I started paying more attention. In the last week, the scale has finally moved and I have lost 7 lbs!
I am so tickled and running everyday now. I will not say I have the runners bug, but something sure has gotten in me and it is not so bad!
I still talk to the couch but our relationship has definitely changed for the better me!
So whatcha doing today to get your exercise on?
If I am gonna eat like a fat girl, then I gotta workout like a skinny girl!
