Thanks so much to Fionna for keeping me posted on week to week on this challenge.
I am up and in my shorts wearing a sweat band LOL I must look a site but ready for the week 4 challenge.
I am going to tape the instruction by my treadmill so I can follow it.
My wonderful Birdy has not returned I miss him sooo much.
I did get to go to the bird show on Saturday and made some good contacts.
My mom has offered to help me buy another parrot.
So after I workout as a reward to myself I am going to The Birdie Boutique and inquire about purchasing a parrot.
The BB is run and owned by an avian vet.

I had just spoken with Suzanne a little while ago and she informed me of Birdie's flight.
I am so sorry, Annie. I know you must be heartbroken. Glad to see that you are venturing out to purchase another feathered baby to try to fill that hole in your heart due to the departure of Birdie. They can never be replaced but it does ease the pain.

Hi Mare,
I know I can never replace Birdy but it will fill that void.
I find myself thinking about all the very playful antics he had.
One memory I have is Birdy had a bell in his cage it was one of his favorte toys.
He loved to put his bell on his head and we would always say Birdy was putting on his helmet.
I also loved hearing him playing with his toys in his cage and belive me he had lots of toys.
Birdy also had free flight in our house but most of the time he sat on my shoulder.

Hey Annie,

So sorry Birdy has not come back. I spent the morning with my babies so I know how heartbroken you must be. Glad you found some comfort at the bird show and considering a parrot. All of my babies are ****atiels, but when we go to the pet store, we interact with all kinds of birds, so I am sure the parrot will bring you years of wonderful companionship.

Glad to hear you are making wonderful progress on couch 25K. Keep up the great work and post your progress. I believe our efforts will help someone else get to moving!

I'll post my progress in a little bit along with the schedule for week 5.

Se ya...

For many of the OH members that know me or have been to my home know my animals are my life light.
I did have a lady call today who thought she might of seen Birdy but after describing to me what she saw it was not Birdy.
It sounded like to me it was a macaw or amazon.
I am working on getting another parrot soon and I will be sure to post when I do.
As for the couch25k I am still amazed I jogged 5 minutes today in fact I look forward to it.
