A big wow moment happened today!
Every since I had my surgery, I have been getting on my scales here at home praying that they would read. The scale I have can only go up to 400 pounds. Well today I decided to get brave and try again and guess what? It showed how much I weighed! I am in the 300 now! I can not believe it. I have lost 40 pounds in the past month. I am so happy and my confidence is going through the roof!
I just wanted to share my little wow moment. Oh BTW, I haven't been in the 300's since before my son was born and that is going on 6 years now! WOOOOHOOOO!!!!

That is so great. If you have come that far in one month imagine where you will be in 3 or even 6 months for that matter. Way to go. I can't wait to be losing too!

I am so proud of you Emelinda!! I am so happy to know you are doing so great. I go for my results visit Tuesday AM. Pray that everything goes well and my approval is fast like yours.
