Just wanted to let everyone know that I am doing great! It's been 5 months and I have losted 90lbs. I feel so much better health wise. Most importantly I am amazed with how I am learning how to adapt to my new lifestyle changes.

Ivory,  -90 in 5 months is simply astounding!  I can only imagine how much better you must be feeling...I sure know I am.  Congratulations!

90 lbs!  wow.  I know you must be feeling great physically as well as mentally.  Keep up the good work and enjoy.  You deserve it after all that hard work.
