Completed week 4 day 2... Jogging for 5 minutes straight is something I never would have imagined I could do

I still miss the couch
I am thrilled that I am regularly working out now
My clothes are fitting much looser  although the scale refuses to reflect the changes

Believe I am not eating enough now that I am working out 4-5 days a week

Have a beautiful new blouse just waiting to get into once I have completed the program  and it will be time for the 3 yr appt!

Pressing on...Hope you find your motivation to get out and move today!

Change is a process, not an event so don't give up! I am routing for ya!

If I am gonna eat   like a fat girl, then I gotta workout   like a skinny girl!

Today I got back on that treadmill and have started week 3 lost a week there just doubled up on week 2.
I know how you feel about jogging for 5 minutes I did 3 and could not belive it.
In fact I went to Walmart today and bought a headband LOL
I also saw some very cute short skirts I would love to buy some but with my legs like they are cant do it. It would be lots of fun to get one of those skirts maybe if I wore panty hose.
BTW Birdy has not returned but I have told myself I have to keep going forward.
I may look into getting a hand raised parrot.

Man I'm jealous of you guys. I'm starting Week 1 again next week. Just can't seem to get to the gym. Did week 1 day 1 twice now...lol. I'll get there. Just going to have to do some catching up.

Keep up the good work. I'll be right behind you guys.

I want to go back to the gym but I figured it would be helpful if I use this nice treadmill my sweetie bought for me.

Start whenever you get ready and work through it at your own pace. Any of us could get side tracked during the program,so progress at your own speed. The goal is to exercise regularly. I think having the structure has been the best thing to keep me going.

It is getting more challenging, so I am hoping to stay positive and press through instead of giving up.

Find what works for you and work that plan! Have a great day!
