Couch 25k Week 3 and Week 4

I completed week 4 day 1 this morning. I need something to focus my mind on when jogging rather than counting down the minutes to walk again . My mind is in constant motion through topics and ideas. Part of why I think I have sleep issues. Just cannot get my brain to slow down or be quiet so I can rest!

Tried a couple of these thoughts to keep my mind off the 'time':
why I am exercising
the new blouse I bought too small with hopes of being able to fit when I complete the program
tasks to be completed at work today

I have a blank wall in front of my treadmill so I thought about some inspirational words I can put up there. I'll share those later in the week once I put them up.

Hope you are finding some type of regular activity that you can fit into your daily  schedule to keep your heart healthy and your goals within reach!

Thanks for posting that Valerie!!!
Today is a day off for me from working out but I will be back on it tomnorrow.
I have found some of the best times to think and get in touch with myself is when working out.
I would be totally lost if I did not have my music to listen too and help motivate me.
I LOVE MY MP3 PLAYER and I dont have an Ipod just a regular MP3 player I got at Target.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.?
