Primary Care Doctor in Greensboro?

Could anyone recommend a Primary Care or Family Doctor in the Greensboro area who has size appropriate equipment and doesn't treat you like a 2nd class citizen?  I recently had to have an emergency in-office minor surgical procedure and the office did not have an exam table, other than a narrow wooden one, that would support me......I am 5" 4' and weigh 385....I was mortified.....fear of this exact situation is what has kept me away from doctors for the last 10 years....but now I really need to see someone.  Any suggestions or referrals would be greatly appreciated.

Been there done that... try the Lebaur group.  They seem to be okay... I personally go to Alamance Regional Kernodle Clinic and their equipment is okay except for Cardio Stress Test lab.
