Week 2 is done! Wow!

Even though I have made it through these 2 weeks, I am truly coming from the 'couch' so this has not been easy!

Motivationally, the posting has helped.

I also found that working out is making me think a little more conscientiously about what I am eating, so that is a help.

My body has sent me little aches and pains during the workout to remind me that I am still 'overweight' and that I routinely need to be more active.

My right knee screamed at me once this morning so that one may get wrapped for Monday's workout.

I peeped at next weeks schedule and I am a little intimidated. The sabotaging thoughts are coming. I am going to ignore them and give it a shot. If I cannot do it, I will gracefully repeat week 2.

For everyone giving it a try, keep pressing on and listen to your body to determine how and when to progress. I am the 'Excuse Queen' when it comes to exercise. I can quickly give you 100 reasons why I do not exercise yet it only takes me 1 second to put something in my mouth that  I probably should not eat.

Hopefully my continuation will help someone else 'move' a little more. I miss my couch  ...

If I am gonna eat   like a fat girl, then I gotta workout   like a skinny girl!
