C25k Week 2, Day 2
Glad it seemed easier for you Annie.
Did my workout at 5am.
I found myself getting tired during the last 7 minutes. Wondering if I may need a little fuel to keep up especially as the workout intensifies.
I am going to have to try one bite of something to help fuel me. Tummy does not like to eat early in the morning and I sure cannot move like that with a full or even half full pouch, so I'll try one bite of something Friday morning and see if that helps.
Any suggestions e.g. bite of a protein bar or is it carbs that I need?
If I am gonna eat like a fat girl, then I gotta workout like a skinny girl!

I did read somewhere it is good to eat something before working out.
I normally have cottage cheese in the morning before working out sometimes I will add a protien bar to boost my protien in the AM but many times in the morning my pouch seems not to be able to handle too much usally 4oz.

Yeah Andrea....I went on a trip and walked on the beach a couple of miles for a few days. No scale so that was good. We just have to keep it going. I watched the biggest looser last night. I'm the old one and I have a ways to go to get in shape. Take care friend ....You sound like you are doing it right! patty B
