Tiny burgers
Ok this is what I have found to create a tiny pouch friendly burger.
Bubba Burgers now have a 3oz burger 9 come in a box.
I bought some King's Hawaiian Savory Butter Rolls keeping in mind I will only be using one roll for dinner.
I plan on freezing individual rolls so next time we grill burgers I will have the perfect size bun.
I may add a small amount of lettuce, pickle, catsup, onion, and mustard.
I have had these tiny burgers at GC and fell in love with them.
Perfect size for Bubbles and they make her very happy.

Hi Myrtis,
Yes most FoodLion's carry the Bubba Burgers you can generally find them in the frozen meat and seafood section.
Make sure you read the package so you get the 3oz ones.
They do have more fat grams than I like but OMG let me tell you my tiny burger was a complete pleasure feast last night.

Here I am waiting for the day I can eat something other than protein drink, soup, jello and water.
Anyways, that sounds so good. I don't know if this works for those who can eat bread. Maybe you can toast it, but I like the Sandwich Thins from Arnold. They are 100 calorie per bun or sandwich, come in multigrain, white/wheat and whole wheat. I've purchased them at walmart and harris teeter.
Thanks for the information
Hi Judy,
I promise what you are doing now will be so worth it.
I was so afraid to try bread for a looonngg time I started toasting it that did great then I got really brave and tried it without toasting and did ok but everyone is different.
For some reason I am scarred to try a wrap of any kind.
Like my husband says I wont know till I try.
Only problem is he dosent have restriction like you and I and he has no idea about having something get stuck and or dumping.
After a stuck episode or dumping I tend to avoid those foods for a long time.
So I hope you will be able to enjoy a tiny burger too.
The days of foot long subs and whoppers with cheese are gone for good.
