C25k Week 2, Day 1

Sorry so late.  I had to head to Raleigh early this morning and I completely spaced this.

Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 90 seconds of jogging and two minutes of walking for a total of 20 minutes.

Monday was not bad. Was a little worried that the change may be too challenging but I managed. 5am is still working out ok too.

Andrea, love the new pics of the kids! Hope your feeling a little better this week.

So where are all the others couch to25k'ers? Come on and post your results. We can do this together!
