C25k Week 1, Day 3
Hey to all...
Although getting up is tough, I do prefer the early morning workout. Completed day 3!
The little ache in my lower left leg has calmed down and realized we are going to do this!
Worked up a good sweat! Before surgery I would sweat at the drop of a dime and I mean buckets! The smallest activity would bring it on. It is so good to have to 'work up' a sweat now!
Andrea, glad to see you are on the mend. Hang in there!
Hoping everyone gets through the workout and the rest of the day with flying colors! I am routing for you!
If I am gonna eat like a fat girl, then I gotta workout like a skinny girl!
