The day is almost here....

I met with the surgeon for the last time today before my surgery on Monday. 5/4/2009. ... Lost more weight than I thought I had on the preop diet.(almost 10 pds)!! If I could only stick to that diet..I could lose. But that's the big issue isn't it? lol I can't stick to a diet. Regardless I don't believe the diet is sustainable for anyone long term.
Any who.... I am so excited!! Can't wait to be on the losing side!

Sounds like you're doing great!!!  Congrats for Monday and I hope all goes well!!!!  I am due to be banded on May 14th if I can get my preop diet right so I know exactly how you feel!!!!

Congratulations on your pre-op weight loss!  As someone who has chronically dieted almost every moment of her adult life...DIETS DON'T WORK!  lol  I am so thankful for my RNY.  Can't wait for you to join us on the bench and keep us posted on your progress!  Good luck!!!
