How are the C25Kers feeling this morning?

I'm a little sore myself so I thought I'd check and see how everyone else is fairing. It's not enough to make me give up but it's reminded me that I'm not as young as I pretend to be. The knees are a tad on the sore side and well the butt is tender (I guess that's the best way to describe it). I can see why this is something that we don't start out doing everyday.

Hope everyone has a great day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My soreness has decreased considerably! Definitely need a day in between Feeling good and ready for tomorrow!

I was tickled at your update about jogging/waddling through the neighborhood!

I am sticking with treadmill for now since I aim to work out at 5am. If I have to switch to the evening, I'll give outdoors a try.

Hope tomorrow goes well for you and everyone else!

I am a little sore today too. My lower back is hurting some.

I probable pushed things since I just had gallbladder removed last Monday. Today left side is hurting when I stand up straight.

OK, I tried, really I did.  I walked the 5 minutes and tghen ran for 60 seconds.  I walked a few seconds after that and had to stop.  I thought I was in better shape than that.  Well, it didn't help that my girls were laughing and yelling "Mom, you're shaking the whole house!"  lol  Oh well, I'll try again but when they aren't around!

I started today instead of yesterday. I tried too, but didn't make it all the way through. I did the 5 minutes of brisk walking and then followed the jogging (60)/walking (90), but only made it to 16 minutes instead of the 25 minutes. I'm gonna keep trying, but clearly it may take me longer than the 9 weeks. I might have to do each phase for 2 weeks instead of 1. Glad to hear someone else didn't think it was "easy."
