Couch to 5k Reminder -- we start on Monday!
I've decided that I'm going to assume a M, W, F running schedule and will post the day's running on that day. That's not to say if you'd rather be a T, R, S runner that you're screwed out of the program -- just that you'll be tracking a day later.
THe key thing with this program is not to do it more than the 3x a week it suggests. You need time to let your muscles get used to the stress, and it takes 24-48 hours for your muscles to recover.
