OT: Still can't sleep...
Ask your doc - maybe mine gave me the non-release kind so i COULD break it in half - it's been two years, so I don't want to lead you into breaking the wrong one!

Sheryl, More sympathy coming your way! Sadly, I don't have any answers, even though I feel I have tried EVERYTHING (natural and otherwise!). Ours seems to be an inherited form of insomnia which I'm sure goes hand-in-hand with our inherited anxiety disorder. I've even been thinking about working part-time once I get all these health issues under control but I would definitely be looking for a NIGHT shift! :) I just function better the later the day gets! Hope you find some relief. It's no fun!

Drinking might help you fall asleep, but a few hours later ou'll have a rebound effect.
It sounds like it's time for a sleep study.
I had one. Discovered i woke up 500 times a night.,
No wonder I was tired! I had no idea I was waking up like that. i also learned that sleep apnea can also be disguised as insomnia and vice-versa. Go get checked out by an expert.
