I'm back!

Hi everyone. Well, I finally got to come home yesterday. I can't tell you how happy I was to see my kids waiting for me in the front yard. I started crying because I missed them so much.

From what Dr. Mann told me, Doing the surgery laproscopically was difficult but he did it. Jesus I love that man!! I don't have any pain at all except for when I cough. The only thing that is getting to me is the trach in my throat. I couldn't sleep well last night because I had to keep getting up and suctioning the thing. But today I found out that if I sleep sitting up like on the couch, it isn't that bad. So thats what I plan on doing. Lets pray I can get some sleep..lol

This is completely off the subject but when I got on here, I read all of the comments that everyone was making to Annie about me and the updates. As I was reading them, I just started crying. I never really got the point that so many people cared about me. (crying again)

So, ok let me go because I can barely see the keys now. I am gonna go and drink my 2 little ounces of protein that I need. Thank you all so very much for everything that you all have done for me. Especially Annie. She is the best. Annie is my 2nd mother and I really could not have done this without her support. I love you Annie and when I feel like I want to give up, I will just think of you and I know I can do it. Take care everyone!!

When my sleep apnea was at its worst I always slept better sitting up.
In fact I used to use three pllows and a TV pillow to sleep.
So sleep away in that recliner.
This is why I have to watch Buffy on my PC LOL

 It is really good to hear from you. I am glad that you are home and I hope you continue to do well and can get your trach out soon. You seem to have such a good attitude. You are an inspiration. 
I think Dr. Mann will be doing my surgery, too. He will be doing my endoscopy tomorrow.

So glad you are safe and sound at home finally. In a few weeks this will only be a distant memory. We all have been praying for you. This is the best thing that you can do for yourself. When you are able to move around better and you are losing you will be glad. Not so much right now I am sure.
