Raleigh Area "Banders" Group

I am fairly new to the WLS groups but I have been attending the Raleigh Area WLS Meetups for a couple of months now. I had Realize band surgery March 12, 2009 and I am searching for other "Banders" who would be interested in meeting. BarbaraC is making me an Asst. Organizer for the Banders Meetup group so that we can try and plan something. Please let me know if you are interested in having a meeting and when you would be available. I'm just delighted that you have stepped up and are willing to help get this going. I think that there is a need for a bander's group, but it's been a bit slow to get it going. That said, I have had a number of members ask if we could do this.
