Tamara's gallbladder removal is today

Please take the time to send Tamara some well-wishes!  I'm hoping she will finally get much needed relief and a whole new start on the band-life she had been waiting for and looking forward to.  It's been so hard for her to focus and enjoy her weight-loss efforts with being in so much pain.  {{{Big Hugs}}} going to Tamara for a safe surgery and speedy recovery!  Let us know if there is *anything* we can do for you!!!
