Hello everyone! I hope this post finds everyone well!!!

I just wanted to share what the scales said yesterday--I have now lost 75lbs!! WHOO-HOO!! My four month anniversary is tomorrow! I still cannot believe it!

I went from a size 26 to a 18 and now looking at 16's! Can't hardly believe it!

I must say the fine folks on this forum are just great! I enjoy reading your posts and relate so much to many of you!!!
