6 months check-up.
Went to the doctor on Tuesday and have lost 75 lbs and the doctor was pleased. All my labs were good expect my B12 was high. I'm suppose to try and eat 1000 calories a day of real food and try and cut down on the protein shakes. I'm doing better with food now but don't think I can eat that much but I'll try. Thanks for all your support.

Cindy, I am so glad to hear you are doing better! -75 pounds is actually my 6-month goal. Congratulations...what an accomplishment! I only hope I can get there at the same time you have. :) Hang in there about the additional food and weaning off of shakes. I'm sure it will only continue to get better. :)

Congratulations on your success. Try to eat 5 to 6 times a day, leading with lean protien. I think you will find that you can get your protien and calories in with 'normal' foods.
