Surgery tommorro... are you kidding me??

Hi All,
I just called APU at the Naval hospital to get my arrival time for tommorro. As you all know I am already a nut case worrying with anxiety about the IV start. So I call and I about passed out when I heard the arrival time. I have had a ton of surgical procedures in my life and I always am told to report at the crack of dawn, which for me is great so I can get it over with and I am always really, really thirsty and hungry. The guy on the phone tells me my report time is 11:30 am!!!!! I asked him why so late?? *oh we started a new thing a few months ago where we do all the kids first* umm ok like they are anymore hungry/thirsty/ansy them I am??? I am going to die!!! I drink all night long and wake up at all hours to guzzle down crystal light. Ever since my RNY I have to eat every few hours or I become totally nauseated and feel like total crap.

Rescheduling is not a option and will not get me a better reporting time. I am so mad right now!! please send me your good vibes that I dont get cranky with my husband or the staff at the hospital. It is going to be one long damn day!!!!!!!!! GGRRRRRRRRRRRRR

((((HUGS)))) Darcie! I'm so sorry....that really sucks! But, this time tomorrow, it'll be over. Just hang in there and I'm hoping and praying everything goes well.

Awww Darc!! That sux!! I am so sorry about the delay...YUCK!!! You will be on my mind all day tomorrow!! Sending good "happy" vibes your way...LOL
If it makes you feel any better, I broke a tooth today and the only thing left hanging is the very back of it, I have a huge hole in my mouth when I smile

This is the 2nd tooth that has broken since I have been pregnant, but this one is GONE!!! My calcium has completely depleted and I think it is due to my surgery :( and the pregnancy!!
ALSO I may now have bronchitis!!! *sigh* Maybe it is just a bad week for a lot of us!!
Good Luck tomorrow, you are a tough cookie and will do fine!!

Not only do I want to send good vibes to Darcie, but to you too. How terrible! I broke a tooth right before I was due to have surgery. They had to pull what was left and make me a bugs bunny tooth temp. It was horrible. It was my front tooth too. I hated it so I know how you must feel.
