Hi everyone,
I finally figured out how to get a picture small enough to upload, so I'm no longer annonymous!
I am 4 weeks post up, and have "released" 32 pounds. I feel awesome! I can now wear everything in my closet. I wore a white dress for Easter. I haven't worn white in Years! My daughter calls me the Ninja because I was always in black. No more!

I got the OK to ride my horse, and will as soon as the ground dries. I look forward to meeting everyone at the next get together.

Now, my yogurt question...I bought the plain greek yogurt, but what are some good ways to eat it? What do you mix it with? Any ideas would be rgreatly appreciated!

Congratulations!!! Not only have you conquered the dreaded Avatar picture but also you've added some color into that wardrobe. Doesn't it feel great?  I like that you've "released" the 32 lbs.

Greek Yogurt - Love, love, love the stuff. If you want it sweet like commercial brand yogurts then you can add sugar free preserves to give it the fruitiness. My favorite way to eat it is to add some splenda brown sugar  &  a dash of cinnamon. If you want to change the texture you can add some high protein granola cereal. Some people add the sugar free davinici or torriani flavored syrups.

You can also use the Greek Yogurt the same way you would use sour cream - top chili, make dips, top a potato what have you. The uses are endless.
