Just wanted to shout it out!

I had my 6 month post-op visit this morning and I am so on cloud 9.  Everything went extremely well and I am well on my way to meeting my surgeons goal of 150 lbs the first year.  So far, I've lost 95 lbs and I am feeling great.  My blood pressure this morning was 104/76 so I am definitely excited about that too.  Whoo Hoo!  No more blood pressure meds!  Life is so wonderful and positive right now.  The only extra this morning was the fact that I need to do more exercise toning & weight training.  I've been telling myself that for a while and I've finally got to get it in gear!

Thanks OH for helping me on this wonderful journey!

Thanks!  I know the weight loss will slow down but I am excited about my success thus far and can't wait for the next 6 months to roll by.

Go shout it from the roof tops Deb!
Once you get into a habit of working out you are going to want to shout out about how great you feel.
It is always so hard getting started on exersise.

Thanks!  I try to walk at least 3 times a week but I know that is not enough.  If I really want to have lean muscle mass, I've got to get in gear and do some serious toning and weight training.  I am dedicated to starting a new weight loss routing ASAP.
