One week and counting

So I heard this morning from the insurance company that I was authorized!  I have my last appt with Dr. Moran on Monday morning, my pre-op at Rex on Tuesday morning and surgery at 2:20 on Thursday April 16th!  I am so excited! 

Hi, I'm having my surgery the same day!!! WooooHooo for the 16th!! Congratulations!!

We need to keep in touch since we will be going through the same phases.  You are having the gastric bypass right?  I am having lapband so I think our phases of eating liquids and stuff will be different but we can still provide the support!  Best of luck!

Congratulations!  WLS is the best gift I ever gave myself (tied with my hysterectomy!  lol).  Wishing you lots of success with your surgery, recovery, and weight loss! 

I,too, say good luck to both of your for successful surgeries and smooth recoveries. Please keep us updated. Can't wait til I'm where ya'll are. Haven't even started my consults yet. But the appts are scheduled. You will both be in my prayers, as are all of us who are going through this journey. Jackie
