I have to have surgery VENT

When you go to the hospital, tell them that you have had to be stuck over and over, and ask them to call anesthesia to start the IV. They are the ones that can start IVs in Baby veins. If they insist on trying, tell them they have one try and that's it. Who cares if they get mad. Your not looking to make new friends at the hospital, are you?
You have plenty of friends here!

Thanks Vini, actually and you will laugh at this...three of the operations I have had were passed to anesthesia and they couldnt even start it and I was passed around like a pin cushion while the Doctor kept getting madder and madder with me, like its MY fault! what happens is they start tapping and poking and I start instantly curling up and my heart starts pounding... then I start pulling away and they start getting irritated with me. Trust me I know exactly what to say and what to do but so far only a few of the golden needle fairies have appeared to save me LOL thanks for the post!

From one Baby Veins to another, my sympathies!!!  I'm currently going through h-e-double-hockey-sticks with pre-op testing and am sporting a 2" bruise on my left arm right now to prove it!  ;)  Hope everything goes smoothly for you and you get back a great report.  I'll be thinking of you!  {{{Hugs!!!}}}

1st...  Did I see you in the Azalea Festival Parade in your Spyder?

2nd... I certainly won't say don't worry as I would be going crazy!!  However having said that my sister has had cyst removed from her breast at least 6 times all benign!  I will keep you in my prayers!

YES you did see me in my Spyder!! I was in the passangers side and my husband was driving. We were in the front and another Spyder was behind us, then a bunch of newer Porsches were behind us. We had a fantastic time and also got interviewed on TV thanks for the well wishes!

I was so excited to see you that he was just laughing at me!
I know that you had fun!

I had to tell him who you were and how I knew you.  I hope that I can make one of your meetings up in the J-ville area.  Of course I might have to bring him with me so I don't have to drive back alone late at night.  It is about 90 miles from here.

How inconveinent and insensitive of you to have implants and baby veins!  lol  How absolutely absurd that that B was to you!  I know this is a trying time for you.  I went through a similar situation about 18 years ago and I still remember that awful sinking feeling I had when I had to go through surgery for a "mass" in my breast.  Just know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.  Take care!
