Saturday Weigh
Well, today was weigh day. I lost 2.5 pounds this week. So that brings the grand total to 53 pounds in 11 weeks. I'm pretty pleased with that. I'm plugging right along. I've been a little slack the past week on writing down what I eat, so I need to get refocused on doing that. I also didn't exercise everyday this week, so I need to get refocused on that too, but I'm ready to start a new week and see how much I can lose this week. I have my 3 month follow-up with my surgeon this Thursday. I can't believe I'm actually looking forward to going to a drs. appt. and getting on the scales. I don't think that's ever happened. LOL. Anyway, just thought I'd share my progress. Now I'm going to try to update my ticker. Have a great weekend everyone.
Great Job!!!! Keep plugging right along. When you have those weeks where you realize that maybe you're not tracking your intake like you need to or you're not exercising like you should - don't beat yourself up. Do exactly what you did - come on here post it for the world to read. It makes you accountable. Don't kick yourself - just go back to doing the things that you know work for you.
