Today was my 45 birthday and every year he gets me a red velvet cake with cream cheese icing. This year was so different he fixed me grilled chicken and put two candles in it. How is that for creative. I was relieved I didn't have the temptation of cake. Good job baby!!!!

Thanks everyone for the sweet birthday wishes! I was thinking about my birthday yesterday and realize for the first time in 15 years I have hope of living. That felt so good!!! My RNY was one of the best decisions I ever made.
