OK....get yer minds outta the gutter! LOL!

Yes, for the first time ever....I put on my DHs size 33 waist jeans, and they fit!!!!  So I guess you could say, after being married for almost 10 years, I finally got into his britches!

LOL>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Well I do have one of my goals to weigh less than my husband for once in my marriage.  I think when we got married I weighed 150 which I have not seen in a very long time, but he was of course lighter than that and he has put on weight so I only have about 25 or so pounds to go to be lighter than him............. that should happen after surgery.

Anyway congrats for getting into his britches!!

Thanks, Sandy!  My DH has gained weight, also...so he made it easier for me, LOL!  Don't worry, you'll be skinnier than your hubby before you know it!  It seems so slow right now, but the time will fly by and you'll be a new woman before long!

Lisa,

Mine won't be long because my husband is wearing a 36 so It should be fairly quick after the surgery.  But then I get to go for other goal.  Again congrats on your weight loss.

One more thing have you tried the protein stuff at the Dr office?  I have just tried the bars and found some good ones but was thinking about getting the chicken soup and maybe oatmeal for after the surgery just wondering if there any good?

Thanks Sandy

Sandy, don't get any of the cold drink mixes....nasty!  I liked the chicken soup okay, my fave was the tomato! Yumm.  Also the hot chocolate is not bad at all.  Never tried the oatmeal, though.

Which was more fun - getting into his britches or getting him out of them so you could get in???

Congratulations!!!
