When you are counting how much water you drink daily do you count anything and everything you drink no matter what it is? or do you only coun****er?

I have not lost any wieght since my gallbladder surgery and I am trying to revisit what I am doing and where I need to improve.

I have incrreased exercise recently and am very careful about protein intake. I have decided carbs are too much of a weakness. When I eat even complex carbs I want more and more and more. Well you get the picture.

Count everything...including popsycles and jello - my understanding they are considered liquids... don't understand why, but I was told they do!   Good luck on your weight loss journey.

Caffeinated beverages don't count toward the total of fluid intake. Caffeine is dehydrating. Everything else counts.

Are you eating enough calories through out the day? You may be in a stall because you are not eating enough.
