An 8 hour work day

I made it through my 8 hours yesterday.
No pain in my back or feet.
The traffic in the store was slower than slow with periods of  high traffic then it would slow down.
Fortunatly where I was set up there is a huge display of books of all kinds and lots of great cook books.
I was able to sit on a stool I have for short periods of time and twice when I went to sit down I almost fell but was able to catch myself and not fall.

I promise I will get some new pics up just been very busy with my mom and now work.
BTW Thursday last week I went and had a Mary Kay make over by a friend and have decided to start wearing a little make up when I go out and about.

Thank you Ann about mentioning about the serenity prayer.
I sometimes forget about that prayer but it does help keep so many things in my life in focas for me.
After working out in a few minutes I am going to go see my mom and talk to her about setting up her meds in a daily reminder box.
It has come to my attention the nurses are very concerned with her taking her meds after she drinks.
Her drinking has almost stopped mainly because she is totally unable to do for herself but she still enjoys going to the clubhouse on Friday night where she can be served drinks.

I did fix the spaghetti squash the other day and let me tell you it was wonderful!!
This is such a versital veggie OMG I loved it.
Tonight I am going to make my spaghetti sauce and use the squash instead of pasta which I avoid many times.
Even Lee Adams liked it OMG this is a great thing because he is the king of pasta.

My hours have been upped to 30 hours a week now at Camp Bow Wow and sometimes 6 or 7 days in a row LOL! I am so glad I can now do it cause I surely couldn't have handled it a year ago even. Its amazing how much energy our former obesity robbed us isn't it? I am so glad to have it back.

Thank ya'll for sharing this. That is one of the things that is motivating me to have wls. My legs ache so bad while standing on them to work. I am almost in tears by the end of the day and can't go to the grocery store after work or anything that requires any more walking. I pray this will get better after weight loss. Jackie
It is not the magnitude of our actions but the amount of love that is put into them that matters.
