Getting Ready for Surgery?

I friend of mine suggest this CD called "Successful Surgery" by Belleruth Naparstek. She used it for her surgery and found it helpful

I think some of you might like it.  It's guided imagery that creates the context for a successful, safe and comfortable surgery, complete with suggestions to reduce bleeding and speed up mending.

I used a similar CD that the chaplin at the hospital gave me before my surgery.
