no appetite
I am usually pretty good with eating. sometimes I do it too quickly and I am not handling meat very well, but I do usually have some sort of an appetite. Well, not the last 3 days. I am having a hard time eating. Nothing really sits well but popsicles and jello. I can't even finish one of those. Drinking is hard too. I had some water this morning and threw it up right afterward. I don't feel sick. I am not queasy. I just want to stop eating as soon as I start. What is up with that?
It is terrible. I usually can find something appealing to eat. Not now. I am having a hard time getting in any protein. Luckily I can eat the EAS bar that has 17 gms of protein. I get in about another 23 gms of protein with a shake if I am lucky. That is not every day. This is becoming really difficult.
Don't know if this is the same problem as what you are facing but if things don't taste just right to me I won't be able to eat it. We had a dinner at church Sunday (pot luck kinda thing) and nothing really tasted good to me. I ate very little. But then there are things that I'm not really supposed to eat that I'm craving. BTW, if you like the popsicles, try the no sugar added fudgesicle. They have 2 grams of protein - at least it's more than the regular popsicles. Hope you start gettig your appetite back soon.
