3 months post-op

I haven't been on in a while. I'm doing fine and all is well. Just wanted to give you guys and update. I am 3 months post-op and since this journey has begun Oct. 28th I have lost 72 pounds. I feel so good. I can't even begin to explain the little things I find myself being able to do now. I am not walking 6 days a week like my doctor wants me to but I'm trying. To all on this journey whether your just beginning or been on it please be encouraged.
