Dear Barbara;
I am ready to send you the picture that was taken today but I don't know how. I tried to cut and paste it here but that didn't work (the paste was light, almost invisible). Tell how and I will send it to you. It is a great picture. Maybe I will remember some of the people's names this way!!
Sincerely,
Rena M.
Hi Rena,
It was a pleasure to meet you and I look forward to getting to know you. You have done a marvelous job with your tool and I wish you continued success as you continue this marvilous journey.
Thanks for the photo. If you upload it to your photos on your profile I can get it from there. However if you would prefer to email it to me directly, let me know and I'll PM my personal email to you.
Thanks again,
Barbara

My friends wedding was wonderful and yes I danced with DH 4 times and only had two glasses of wine and a few shrimp and some cheese and a little fruit and I was good to go.
After two glasses of wine I switched to unsweetened tea I figured no more wine especially since I was dancing and still learning about balance.
A member yesterday brought up about having pizza many times during the week.
I knew that took courage to admit it not only to yourself but to the whole room.
I make my own pizza and found I enjoy it much better than take out or frozen.
Normally I only have one slice and sometimes the crust will sit heavy in the pouch so many times I will eat just the toppings and am very happy and satisfied.
So I thought I would post my pizza recipe.
Annie's Pizza
1 large thin crust pre made pizza crust sometimes I will use a whole wheat crust
1 small jar of garden style Rague sauce
Fresh Spinach
1 cup shredded motzerella (sp) cheese
1 cup 6 italian cheeses shredded
1 box of pre cooked bacon
fresh basil and fre****alian basil
Pre heat oven to 450 when the pizza is ready to put in reduce heat to 425 and bake 19 minutes or untill cheese is melted and browned on top some.
Before adding sauce or toppings I cover both sides of the crust with olive oil
Add the sauce then cover the pizza with fresh spinach.
Take the pre cooked bacon and cut up in bite size pieces and cover the pizza with the bacon.
Add one cup of both kinds of shredded cheese and chop up the fresh basil and put that on top of the cheese and bake.
I have estimated that one slice is around 300 calories.
It is very tasty and the sky is the limit with this you can add any kind of meat, cheese or veggies.
Annie
HI Annie,
I'm sorry you couldn't stay longer either, but I'm glad that you were able to go dance, dance, dance while celebrating your friend's wedding. What a lovely way to spend the day.
