3-month check-up and a WOW

Way to go Meredith.

Congratulations on the weight loss!!!!  How was the spa reward for the 100 pound weight loss. Its good a good feeling to need new clothes and even better to have shrunk 8 sizes. You wont be in those much longer.

My mother and I called around to a couple of spas in the area and found one with a "Mother and Daughter Spa package" so we can go together and enjoy the day together.  The package includes pedicure, manicure, facial, neck and back massage, plus we're both going to have our hair shampooed and styled.  Since I work I can only do something like this on a Saturday or holiday and, as you might expect, most of their Saturdays were booked up.  So, we've made an appointment for April 8th, during my Spring break from teaching. I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations, Meredith!  You are doing such an awesome job with your WL!  Enjoy those size 26s, because they'll be dropping off your body before long!  I'm proud of you!
