Clothes for after breast redux and brachioplasty????

I am having both surgeries at the same time next week,.
Any helpful hints on what to wear after the surgery?
Or any helpful hints for recovery?

You will have to wear a tight sports bra around the clock for 6 weeks... I could not sleep on my stomach for about 4 months because the pain on my new boobs was too much.... Have not had arm surgery.....
