Time flies after surgery

Thank you so very much, Barbara.  You have always inspired me to be the best that I can be at that moment.  I just realized that I bought "The Beck Diet Solution" while visiting with you last February and decided that now could not be a more perfect time to start reading and implimenting.  It is time to get my mind wrapped around what is happening to my physical being.  I am determined to be just as kind to myself as everyone else is.

I truely appreciate all your contributions to this and all the other forums.  Although I do not always reply to your Group messages, they are always so thought provoking.  Food for thought is always a good thing.
