It's been awhile! I've been so busy with EVERYTHING!
I'm happy to tell yall I am only 37lbs from MY goal! I've lost 73lbs so far and it only been 5months! Im beyond excited about the rest coming off!
I got some questions for yall
I need to tighten my arms! What do yall think would be best?
I got a bike and i do alot of sit ups
I think i might just be at my goal by may so i will be giving myself the biggest birthday present!

ps. I haven't had any food problems at all
oh and im on a vitiamn D gel cap because my vitiamn d level is beyond low

Congrats on your success thus far and keep up the good work. I noticed we had the same surgeon. I just had lapband 1 week ago today. I'm doing great. I've lost 53 pounds since I started all this process in September. 10 of that has come this week...lol...liquid diet is easy to lose weight on. Well I don't really have any advice on the arm toning but it sounds like you're on the right track. Good luck and God bless!

Good luck with the lapband! yea the liquid is easy to lose weight now that i can eat its hard to eat healthy bc im so busy! but im giving it my best shot! if i had more time to work out id be alot smaller by now! I might advise you to maybe start lifting weights for your arms.
From your picture you look young and that should be a plus for you.
I am now up to lifting 12lb weights doing bicep curls 2 reps of 15 every two days and wall push ups.
I do have angel wings and because of my age I dont think that will tighten up.
Hoping to have some plastics on my wings one day and under the wings I hope they find well defined arms.
