OT: traveling to Asheville today

Wish me luck, I am leaving in a little bit for Asheville for a conference for work, yes driving, yes in this terrible fog ( we have heavy, heavy fog here on the coast). Anybody over in Raleigh, Greensboro, etc, how's your weather?????

Will be seeing folks I haven't seen in over a year (pre WLS) so this should be interesting!

On an up note, am taking my 77 y/o Mom with me. The conference is at the Grove Park Inn which I am told is very nice ( we are also staying there) and plan to do Biltmore House before we leave on Friday which is something she has always wanted to see.

So,  hows your weather, western part of the state??????????

Barb - I hope your trip west was good - it has been a beautiful day here.  And definitely try to go to the Biltmore House.  Grove Park Inn is gorgeous, isn't it?
