NSV

Last night I went to learn a line dance and try on the outfit we are going to wear at a church event on Sat nite.I can't believe the lady who got out outfits, got me an XL in a tee shirt and it fit! I was in a 3x before surgery. Even if the scales don't always show it I know I'm losing inches.

You're doing so good. These WOWs and NSVs are the bomb-diggity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations on the change in sizes. I wear my youngest sons T-shirts to the gym these days. I love it. They're all from the surf shops so I feel really COOL (Old too but that's a different story).

Keep posting these little nuggets - they make great incentives to those of us in stalls and those just starting out.

I think that I probably wear a 1X in most stuff and I just lucked out on that XL lol. But it made me feel good all the same. I know I'm alot smaller in my upper body but the stomach area is wear things get snug.

Way to go Cindy!!!  And I am so jealous ~ I would LOVE to learn some of those cool looking line dances but unfortunately, my sweetie just doesn't like to dance and I won't go alone!!  Have fun and keep on keepin' on!!  You are doing so great!!!

Actually this line dance is something I'm doing at church but I have taken line dancing classes in my time and I do like to dance.
