Well, with all of my complaining I do I finally have something to rejoice about. I lost 9 lbs since last Monday. I have not had that sort of weight loss since my first week when I lost 17lbs. I so so excited to see the scale this morning. I was doing well last week so I kept looking. I just knew that I would look today and see no weight loss. Today is my nomal weigh in day. When I saw a 3 lb loss since last Friday I was so excited. I just had to share.

Congrats Sandra! Sometimes it just takes time I guess. My weight loss had slowed down dramatically since I had this last surgery. I hope that when I am back to 100% my weight loss will pick back up. I only have 30 lbs to goal.

Congrats again

You really looked great when I saw you at Logans. It made such a difference! I think once you are back 100% you will lose again. You are still recovering and I am sure your body is just holding on to it. I would love you see you dress for your new body. I know you are a jeans and tee shirt kind of girl but...
Maybe this summer you will break out of the grey and put on some girly color! You look GREAT!

Great numbers. It's always like that with me, I'll diet and it all comes off at once! You will keep melting.

I hit a stall a couple of times so far. I will normally lose 2 to 3 lbs a week then all of a sudden nothing. Then 2 to 3 lbs again. This was the first time since the beginning that I lost a group of weight. I was so thrilled this morning when I got on the scale. You will do it too.

Congratulations!! Remember that when we lose, it sort of 'stair steps' down, instead of sliding down. Just stay with the program and it will come off.

Wishing you continued success,

Barbara

Thanks Push. I have been killing myself at the gym and was hoping for some more weight loss. Some told me I was building muscle and wouldn't see much change on the scale but would in inches. That has been true too. But there is nothing as fun as old fashioned drop in pounds!
