Hey girl... Thanks for the info.  I've been thinking about you.  What's going on?  How are you?  Things are going fine here, just waiting for Spring or at least some better weather so I can plant my garden.  I'm tired of this cold stuff!  LOL....  Anyway, thanks again for the post, I'm going to pm you for the link...

Oh I'm ok... I just keep showing up (sometimes like a bad penny, lol)  Sure wish I could get these last 15 or so pounds off...  Hey, if you want some nice semi-composted goat manure for your garden, come on over!!!  I got plenty in my barn from when I had the goats!  GREAT for gardens!

Suzanne... where do you get these... I've been using the hard, sour dough pretzels (see nutrition below)... maybe this would be a way to "break my pretzel addiction"!!!

Serving size = 1 pretzel
calories = 90
fat = 0
cholesterol = 0
total carbs = 18
sodium= 470 mg (OMG!!!)
Protien =2

Not too much different from  the veggie chips... except for all that sodium.... and i do find myself retaining water... and i KNOW it's fromt he pretzel addiction...  Hubby tells me a need a 12 step program for pretzels... Even though i was able to kick the ginger cookie habit... i can't seem to drop the pretzels!
