Well, now that I have finally found fage I need some ideas of what to put in it. Tonight I tried it with a tiny amount of sugar free preserves, but it was just alright. It was a little too sweet for my taste. I ate it tonight, but I know I would get sick of it pretty quickly. My plan is to make Fage my mid morning or mid afternoon snack on a daily basis, so I need some suggestions on what to mix with it so I'll have some variety. Thanks.

One more thing. I've seen a lot of people saying that they sprinkle Kashi Lean on yogurt and stuff. Can anyone tell me what exactly they use. I saw several varieties of Kashi Lean and many seemed high in carbs. I don't want to get the wrong thing. Thanks

Where did you get the fage and what's the brand?  I've looked for some in Wal-Mart but can never find it.

The brand is Fage and I got it at the Fresh Market in Raleigh. They had another brand there that I think was called Koshobi or something like that.

I looked for it in the yogurt section and I couldn't find it.  Next time i will ask an associate to help me.

Thanks,

I get my Fage in Food Lion in the refridgerated area of the organic section. They also have a low sugar granola there that is pretty good. there are 3 different flavors but I get the one lowest in sugar and higher in protein. I got the idea of mixing my yogurt with cherry pie filling/no sugar added type. It is comstock. I put it thru the food processor and it is good and filling. yum

Hi,

I buy Fage (fay-eh) at whole foods.  I eat 1/4 cup and I add to it, some vanilla Toriani syrup about a teaspoon ( I don't measure), 1/4 cup granola from Whole foods as well.  The granola brand is Bare Naked and it has 3g of sugar per 1/4 cup.  I also throw in some coconut flakes from whole foods as well.  The whole meal satisfies me for hours!

I buy the Small bottles of Toriani syrup at World Market in Cary.  They have the large also, but I would not use that much to make it worth buying for me.

I know I am late responding but I use the Chobani brand of Greek yougurt.  I add Kashi Go Lean Protien to it.  I have one of these each day.  I eat 1/2 for my mid morninn snack and the other half  in the car on the way home from work to help with my daily protein totals.

I know this may sound like a silly question, but is the Kashi Go Lean Protein a cereal? Is it found in the cereal aisle? The reason I ask is because all the of the Kashi Go Lean cereal I've looked at has at least 36 grams of carbs, which obviously seems like a lot to me, so I'm thinking clearly I'm not looking at the right thing that everyone else is talking about. Thanks for your help.
