Ok today I took my mom to the pool where we met up with her PT.
On the way home she says you cant were that suite again till you loose another 20lbs.
OMG the suit was her:s LOL
Lord Have Mercy !!!! she cant even bath herself much less button her own shirt.
I informed her I can almost wear a 16.
I am sure she is having a hard time relizing I can wear her clothes now.

Oh Mothers!  Just smile and say thanks for your opinion.  If she is like my Mom, in 30 minutes she will either 1) forget she said it 2) say it again or 3) this time tell you how nice you look.

My Sis thinks our Mom acts the way she does to get attention.  I think it is more serious.  Whichever it is, we have to remember to be patient.

I agree 100% I need to have more patience with her and have found myself loosing my cool many times.
On my way home last night I did ask God to forgive me for my short fuse with her.

Annie,

I weigh less than my mom for the first time in my adult life. I weigh 204 and she weighs 208. That is huge for me and I think she is a little jealous, maybe your mom is too...Wear a thong if you want to girl..I am in a 16 too and it has been a long time. WORK IT GIRL!!!

Hi Hedi,
I am pretty sure you are right on target about my mom.
Two weeks ago at the pool she made the coment about the fat on my legs.
She wanted to know if the doctors could take that off too LOL.
I was wearing a black suit that day.
