ALSO, if you care to do so, bring your vitamins, vitamin containers, etc. to share with everyone (as well the before/after photos).

P.S.  We might have a guest attend who is interested in the lap-band... so if you know someone who has one, we'd certainly appreciate their input.

I am interested in learning more about your support group.  Just moved here from Raleigh in December and trying to get connected.  Missing my buddies in Raleigh like crazy!! 

 Please feel free to join us!  We don't have any nurses or doctors... so it's not a TRUE support group like the ones at Presby, etc.  However, we have a good time over a meal (ironically enough), getting to know each other and sharing our experiences.
