I have info from my doctor about how many calories, carbs, and protein I should have each day, but I'm not sure what's "normal" as far as fat grams. Can anyone give me your perspective on how many fat grams you limit yourself to? Thanks.

we were told that anything we eat needs to be 10 gms or less of sugar and 5 gms or less of fat. I really need to have an appt with my nut. I have lots of questions myself.
