Each day is a WOW for me

I don't post much but this evening I just had to post... As of today my current weight is 195.7 pounds.... that is a total lost of 232.3 pounds from my highest weight of 428 pounds. I am just 15.7 pounds from goal set by Dr. Chapman. In the last 8 months, I have been fighting reoccurring endometrial cancer and though the chemo and death of my significant other , I have been able to continue to drop pounds... a few at at time, nothing to cause major concerns with Dr. Chapman and Dr. Homesly... I am amazed with my progress and very proud of what I have been able to accomplish for my health.... My blood pressure is much better, no joint pain like before... no having to use walker to get around and no ridercarts to shop... Only have to deal with "Arthur" but him I can handle... lol

So I know you all can agree with me that each day is a WOW once we have started on this fantastic journey that we have chosen or choosing.... Just wanted to share....

You are doing great even through adversity. Now that is saying something. Eating can be so comforting during times like these. To continue on the right path in your weight loss is truly amazing. Keep up the great work!

I like your attitude. You have gone through a lot and still can find a way to be proud of your accomplishment and see whats ahead. Good for you. You should be proud and I am glad to hear you are. Keep at it woman.
