update

Just thought I would pop in and say hiya.
Been busy cleaning this week preparing for our canadian guest.
I am feeling great and sooo gratefull I dont have to pay someone to help clean my house I can do it all by myself now of course with a little help from DH.
I am moving on with my life since the loss of my Rosie.
She will always remain in my heart.
I am staying the course recording my intake and exercise.
I even noticed my 18's are starting to get loose.
Havent weighed yet but I will eventually.

Hi Myrtis,
Well long story short the manager at FL I have to stay on top of him.
I have filled out my application on line as per his request.
His wife had surgery last week so he wasent at the store much.
I was at FL yesterday and he came up to me to let me know he has not forgotten about me.
Lee did tell him we had friends coming from out of town this week and he understood.
So if I could just get a regular day or days I would be happy.
How are you doing since your surgery Myrtis?
