Encouragement/Help Please ( a little long)
I'm a by-pass person so I don't have much in the way of advice. I do wish you to find a solution to your problem. It is a life adjustment and as others have said. Old habits have a way of creeping up on you. I think we all have a fear of falling into out old habits. Do go to the DR. and get your fill. Try going to some of the support groups also.
Good luck

Amanda,
I just want to give you a (HUG). Since, I am not a bandster I do not have full appreciation for all your difficulties. However, the mental struggles you have with stress and weightloss are something we all can relate to. My main problem was stress eating and depression from the downs in life. That struggle will never go away. Before my surgery, I did a lot of soul searching, praying and talking with my wife. Even with her full support I still struggle with overcoming my very bad habits.
Anyway just hang in there and don't be embarrassed. Remember the graphs that they probably showed you before surgery were not smooth curves. They had peaks and valleys in them. Getting support is one of the best suggestions.
Good Luck.

Look sweety, don't beat yourself up. We are only human. I too have had surgery and have been gaining due to medication, stress and you name it. I now have my head back on track and decided to do this for me. Sometimes we have to put ourselves FIRST and do the damn thing. So take one day at a time and write down a plan for yourself. Rome wasn't built in a day so why are stressin??? Be good. I have to call and make an appointment with Dr. Enochs and I must admit that I am sort of embarassed but what the hell, I know he has heard this all before....
Pick that head up cause we can do this.....
